Ocus M uses removable slide trays that give you full flexibility over how you prepare and manage your slides. Having multiple trays allows you to stage new slide sets in advance, keep slides organised by case or sample, and quickly load the next tray as soon as the previous scan is completed.
This tray-based approach also supports parallel work: one tray can be in scanning, while another is being prepared. It’s a simple but highly effective way to keep the scanning process smooth and efficient — especially in busy lab environments.
Thanks to their open design, the trays can be quickly wiped clean between cases, helping you maintain a high standard of hygiene with minimal effort.
Ocus M tray for four 1" x 3" glass slides
Each tray has clearly labelled positions that correspond directly with the Ocus M user interface. This makes it easy to identify and manage individual slides at a glance.
A built-in locking slider secures the slides with dedicated retainers, preventing any movement when the tray is carried across the lab.
The stage is made of reinforced glass, tested for exceptional durability, ensuring reliable daily performance even in demanding laboratory environments.
